Services:

Dietitian/Food Service: Supervise specific dietary needs, and assure patients receive adequate nutrition . The dietician educates the individual and caregiver/family member regarding nutritional needs based on the health, dietary habits, restrictions and diseases that are present.

Social Service: Their role is to assist with you and your family with discharge planning. They will coordinate a meeting with you, your family/caregiver and our rehab team to discuss your progress, projected discharge date and needs for discharge to home. They will then assist you and your family/caregiver by arranging resources such as home care, outpatient therapy, and transportation needs to provide for a smoother transition back into the community.

Activities Department: Activity Department resources available to our rehab patients include reading materials, music CDs, desktop computer in our Card and Game Room, live musical entertainment, hair salon services.

And Finally: We would be remiss if we did not also mention our laundry staff, housekeeping department, and maintenance crew all of whom are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
