We Provide Long-Term Care That Is Different from the Rest
Our long-term care unit is not what you'll find in your average Massachusetts nursing homes. We are special because:
- We have an attending physician who is a certified wound specialist whose expertise is always available to the staff and residents.
- Our staff is knowledgeable about the residents and their families. This is due to the staff's longevity, consistent assignments, and, most of all, compassion.
- Our robust activities program has residents busy from right after breakfast until the evening hours, seven days a week. From violin strolls through the building, to poetry readings, to "poker nights," our activities department goes well beyond traditional activities. View our activities calendar.
Our Respite Care is Unparalleled, Too
In addition to long-term care, we also provide respite care, which is designed to assist families and caregivers. This service allows for elderly, sick, or infirmed family members to stay at our nursing facility. In some instances, caregivers may place their loved one in respite care before making a final decision on a long-term arrangement.
